This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly from the Bogey to Scratch website (the “Site”). Please review this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

This policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and Security Statement.

1. General Policy
All products are sold subject to this Refund and Returns Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy and Security Statement.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the updated effective date.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Templates)
All digital product sales are final.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:
  • PDFs
  • Word documents
  • Downloadable guides, templates, or files
  • Any other digital-only products

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.

3. Physical Products (If and When Offered)
If Bogey to Scratch offers physical products for sale, the following terms apply unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

a. Return Eligibility
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

b. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items

4. Return Process (Physical Products)
To request a return:
  1. Contact us through the Site with your order details
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds (Physical Products)
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. No Guarantees
All products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, subject to the disclaimers in our Terms of Use. We make no guarantees regarding performance, results, or suitability.
